Craigslist

So... I haven't posted here in a while, and Brandi had the brilliant idea that I post about my hilarious Craigslist experience. Here it goes...

I miss my AZ gays, a lot. Unfortunately, it isn't politically correct to walk up to a guy and ask if he's gay. I mean I'm sure some wouldn't care, but some might be really offended and that's not a risk I'm willing to take. So, I decided to post a Craigslist ad because, well, why not?

Here is my ad:
Seeking Gay BFF! - w4m - 24 (Fullerton)
New to the area, missing all my gays. If you are looking for a straight girl to be a great friend we might just work out. It will be perfect if you attend CSU Fullerton but not a must. I don't know if I'll even get a legit response to this but I figure it's worth a try. I only wish it was PC to walk up to guys and ask if they were gay!

1. "what about a straight guy who wants JUST FRIENDS>  it sucks not having many friends in the area. i live 2 miles from csuf."
No thanks, I don't believe you and it's not what I asked for.

Wow, really? Where in my ad did I ask for that? Wait... I didn't. 

3. "Out of curiosity....why do you want a gay bestfriend?"
Why do you think? They're like diamonds! A girls best friend, duh.

Not like most guys, huh? Well, then why did you also include a picture of your bicep? Haha.

Ya know, this one I thought could possibly have potential so I wrote back asking age and location but so far no response... Maybe it was just another bored person who responds instead of posts.

Sigh... Perhaps I'll try again one day, and if I do I know I'll at least end up with another blog post!
